The only reason I'm considering EMEA above China is cause I believe Liquid got robbed with the visa issue, they were pretty good

Regions as a whole its definitely
APAC > AMER > CH > EMEA
APAC and Americas are very top heavy with realistically 3-5/12 teams being international contenders, where China has 1 superteam and 3-4 really solid teams that flip flop on who makes it to internationals that dont have enough experience yet to be serious contenders (beyond WOL cinderella run which is basically Zeta 2022 Reykjavik over again)
EMEA has FNC which would be a top 3 in any region and then like 5-6 middle of pack teams with some major shitters near the bottom
If we're only talking about this event and the top 3 of each region I'd say APAC>EMEA>China>Americas for the time being

EMEA has proven itself this event in my opinion. Loquid was strong despite massive hurdles

yeah, both of our bottom 3-4 teams are absolute dogshit so it kinda comes down to the midtable teams
I'd say being on the backfoot is fair, especially since a lot of these mid-to-low teams made roster changes already and we don't really know what they're gonna look like
