are only China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau considered for non-import slots in CN? if nephh doesnt count as an import theyre one move away from being unreal imo

knight and levius
although levius is playing decent recently in the long run these 2 have been the weaker links out of the 5

Not sure but under cicumstances nephh wont count as an import because its the first time hes playing in Franchise and the first league you play in becomes your "home region" (aslong as u have a passport available for that region) therefore he is not an import for cn

Point of reference:
Russ was allowed to play for GE as a non-import even though he was competing in EU prior to that. I do think he had indian visa though thats why this system works, without an indian visa he would just count as import

But that was when Bleed was still playing ascension and therefore not Frnachise. Im not very sure how all of this works though

that first region rule was changed for franchising, Russ was able to get resident status for diff reason. even if nephh didnt play for bleed he'd be an import in CN

nephh and juicy counts as import/non-resident, it's what written in GCD.
