without Fnatic, whole EMEA just a Tier 2 region, they can't even reach the Tier 2 lol, even NA Tier 2 or Pacific Tier 2 can clear them hard

No one, tbh.

EMEA and Americas both have 5 major trophies, Pacific has 2 and China has 1 - but Pacific has the strongest average teams and China was started much later.

So no one... it's not CS, where only Europe is strong or LoL where only East-Asia is strong or Call of Duty where onla NA is strong.
