i dont think fnc would let go of leo that easily knowing hes ready to play again

but if hes already looking forward to playing again to the point hes already trialing they probably are aware of it and trying to keep him no?
They can try as much as they want. Once the contract is over they are in a bidding war for him since he is a free agent.
All they can do is play him for the rest of the year and hope he accepts their offer and not the others. They are not in a position to "let go of Leo" as they dont have control over him
