what I have watched:
so there's this guy named Zhou Mingrui who transmigrated into the body of a university graduate named Klein Moretti after the aforementioned university graduate committed suicide. Zhou Mingrui searches for a way for uim to go back to his home
I prefer the manga as it has better pace but the Anime is also fantastic, especially the voice acting and the portrayal of emotional scenes with melancholic soundtracks.
hell yeah should probably put that on my list ngl bc I'm watching it after my gf put me on
alright since you havent given me one i will just explain in both ways
TLDR: its one of the greatest stories I have ever seen, the animation is clean, the ability to build up a plot point and hook the viewer is masterful, the musical score is top tier and in multiple of my playlists, the subtleness is detail whether it be the lyrics in the intro song, the art in the background, or dialogue can reveal a huge plot point and unfolds all the questions you have just to leave more questions making you want more.
Full Explanation (no major spoilers):
Link Click is beautiful anime which symbolises the pain of wanting to change the past yet also not having the real power to do, it deals with guilt, regret, and acceptance. The two main characters Lu Guang and Cheng Xiao Shi own a photo shop, where Cheng XiaoShi is able to enter a photo via possesion of the photo taker. and Lu Guang has the ability to look at happens in the photo for 12 hours.
The duo have set a few rules for themselves before taking on jobs and solving people problems. The most important is that no matter past or future the present must remain. There is a twist where Cheng Xiaoshi takes on the full emotions and feelings of the individual he is possessing, for example if the person is celebrating his birthday and no one came to the party Cheng Xiaoshi will feel sad as a byproduct and this may affect his decision making in mainting the present. A battle of morality of knowing what can and will happen and having the ability to change it if you wanted to but having the concious of letting the present play out anyways for the better of the world.
This is not an anime like Steins Gate where it only focuses on the bad part of time travel, but it rather focuses on both sides, the good and the bad. The satisfying and the dissatisfying, there is constant plot hooks being built up, where the climax of the story is so good that you just have to click the next episode, the first episode is top tier, genuinely one of the best ive ever seen, if you have seen SummerTime Rending its like that good if not better. Suspense this anime brings is uncomparable
The animations is not demon slayer/fate good but its clean and enjoyable to watch and the whole background aesthetic gives off a watercolour feel, very unique. The music is genuinely incredible, the two openings for the first 2 seasons are genuinely peak, like in my top 5 openings ever. In the tiers of Crying in the Rain and Idol. The writing itself is very good, there is no major plotholes, the characters are very interesting and realistic, such as in season 2 where they touch on very heavy topics but manage to execute and represent it well showing the realism of the issue to a scary degree but also bringing awareness, its seriously that good. If you like anime where subtle details reveal huge plots, where a single line of dialouge can help a character figure out whats going on, its the type of anime you cant get tired of watching again and again, because every single time you watch you figure out something new whether it be symbolism. There is also tons of humor and jokes to lighten a lot of the dark mood which can happen throughout.
The opening and ending lyrics/animation will make no sense, until you rewatch the anime and really pay attention. The attention to detail cannot be stressed enough, legit nearly every part can be disected to the most minute detail.
I cannot talk about it enough, its simply peak fiction
FINALLY someone that actually leave notes on their MAL, people needs to do it more often.
