steins gate, maoyuu maou yuusha, devilman (gory and will make you heart broken), Psycho-Pass, promised neverland, jormungand, dororo, blue exorcist, btooom, all makoto shinkai movies. these are quite old anime. newer ones u might wanna watch including the apothecary diaries, jigokuraku, cyberpunk anime, vinland saga, odd taxi, tokyou revengers, etc

not really like death note but some amazing ones
