If you want light hearted ones some very easy and cute reads are:
-the Kase-san series
-I Can't Say No to the Lonely Girl
-Hana ni Arashi
-Doughnuts under a Crescent Moon
-Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow
-Umineko Sou Days
-The Two of Them are Pretty Much Like This
-The Wolf in Love and Mille-Feuille
-Yumeguri Yurimeguri (Onsen and Yuri)
-Senpai, Oishii-desu Ka? (Food Yuri atp)
all very light and cute, idk which ones r nuked by mangadex tho.

Some other recommendations that unfortunately includes a lot of drama and upcoming deaths:
-The Summer You Were There (absolute masterpiece but drama)
-Bloom into You/Yagakimi (same)
-I Want to Love You Until The Day You Die/Kimishinu(not nuked, not that much drama but fuck the updates are slow and deaths are aplenty)

unfortunately most good stuff in yuri has a ton of drama
