Apparently there's further roster issues on other teams... NA matchfixing by blocking players out of Canada
they probably know theyre cooked no matter who stands in so might aswell let the top canadian t2 player show off what he can do in t1

Timotino isn 't a bad shout but overall, especially since Pennys been on different high level teams, been good for a while etc. i think this was the best choice with the intention of placing as high as possible
