It'll be a mickey even if my favorites win man have you looked at the format it's insane
it's obviously incomparable to a masters win but this is definitely the most prestigious non-vct event we've had and teams will be giving it their all if only for the price money
wouldnt say prestigious its just pumped full of money so ppl have to somewhat care about it lmao, it doesnt make it good its just off season. its format is rubbish, its unstreamed for parts, BO1??? SOOP, SEN city classic and Lud x Tarik are far better
you're deluding yourself if you think soop, sen city classic or lud x tarik is more prestigious than this. the top 2 teams from the split that just ended are all invited which already makes it miles better than the ones you listed. (which, btw, is equivalent to kickoff) so regardless of how bad the qualification of the rest of the teams is it's still stacked
it doesnt make it good its just off seasonyes the point is that this is the "best" event we've had outside of masters/champs

People don't take it seriously
Its always mickey on this site when:
- Sentinels didnt qual
- NA team didnt win
They don't even play because it's fun, they do it for the money and yet, they don't want to continue playing in this tournament either.
It's an off season tourney and it should be treated as such, people will enjoy watching their teams but nobody actually cares about the results
