besides making it to franchising for a year, should they add one team per region from t2 to internationals (except champs) to provide more incentive?

I think instead of giving slot reservation given we barely have 10-12 slots they need to let everyone play the qualifiers and let the best 10-12 teams play in masters and champions franchised or not

you're right but atm we're stuck in franchising, what do you think is the best method to entice orgs to participate in t2

a clear statement a roadmap a promise that system is opening as soon as possible to make it fair to everyone to compete. Leo Faria has already gone on record saying he will drop the no. of franchised teams to 6/8 now he needs to give a proper structure to it as to how he plans to do that.

Wouldn't be fair, an argument can be made about the best tier 2 team being better than the worst tier 1 team. But there's no way in hell they're anywhere near top 3/4 of a region. We'll see at this years ascension I suppose

For example in EMEA there's no way BBL PCFC deserves to go international over BBL

One fix for tier 2 and get more teams involved and increase the incentive for the teams participating can be, end of stage 2 challengers for all regions the top 3 teams from all regions have a tournament to get 2 spots in champs hence increasing the no of teams to 18 and this gives them added benefits based on their performance in champs towards ascension and promotion to tier 1. M80 like situation can also be avoided by having hard bound rules about which teams can be approached in the middle of the season, example all the academy teams should be the first teams to be approached as they cannot ascend and having academy players suceed would increase the reputation of the respective orgs they graduate from.
