Not trolling and would definitely need clarifying (autist)
How was this r*pe ?

  • flor said “don’t come over here or talk to me if not for s*x”
  • she came over
  • they had bad s*x (girl was bleeding)
  • flor & her went to sleep
  • woke up to her mom and people calling her asking where she is at
  • decided to go and tell flor
  • flor asked to do it one more time (with insistence)
  • they did it and she went home

Apart from flor being a narcissist and not really giving a fuck about the girl i don’t see how this is r*pe ? Or am I missing a big piece

UMMMMMM bro
If u force someone to consent after they repeatedly said no despite them fucking bleeding how is that not rape

Bugging someone until they change their mind is NOT CONSENT

What the fuck

"Brick told her that she didn't want to have sex and continued to tell her no, she also kept resisting Ava's advancements and along with not wanting it"

If you don’t give a fuck that your partner doesn’t want to have sex and insist until they eventually give in, that doesn’t count as consent and that’s means it’s rape.

For something to be classed as consent, it has to be willing consent. For an example, putting a gun to someone’s head and forcing them to agree to something doesn’t count as consent.

genuinely not trying to be a contrarian here cause i see the issue raised by other people, I just never saw it as unwilling consent cause she was able to say no she just got bugged into it (the gun example shows that, at least I believed, for unwilling consent you had to have a repercussion if you say no, in that case losing your life, in flor case I don’t see how she couldn’t just keep going away/keep saying no) but thank for enlightening me!

I think the part where the victim said no several times but had Flor forced on top of her regardless probably counts as rape. Hope this helps dumbfuck 👍

Idk why she went to the house to begin with. That's the real question. I'd rather wait for the full story.

Iirc they were in a relationship, she wasn’t comfortable with having sex but just wanted to hangout/cuddle
