Crazyguy is heavily carried by Jemkin who was literally insane.
Meanwhile, Yay proved that he still got it, he was the player with the highest ACS in the stage1 playoffs.
(if EG closed Pearl against G2 they could've done something really funny)
"if" LOL, he dashed in with a 4v2 situation. If he wasnt that stupid maybe they could have won.
if you rewatch it, you will notice that the dash was not a bad idea. he had a teammate coming from art. if he held in front of him instead of panicking and smoking, it would look like a genius play. the smoke prevented his teammate from trading him. he did not need to turn around because his teammate would kill the person wrapping if there even was one. the enemy is probably trying to find a 2v1/2v2 before all 4 EG players can get to site and yay was just trying to close the gap between him and his other 2 teammates coming from CT.
Jemkin was still there before crazyguy joined yet they never qualified for a lan..and as for y0y he was looking like an average player at best before the playoffs
Honestly, I don’t think any IGL needs to be a top fragger; they are the main caller for the team and support the team. I don’t know if you closely watched RRQ’s matches or even the grand final where Crazyguy dropped weapons for Jemkin multiple times, including a round where he gave Jemkin a Hero Vandal, leading to a win. I think what led to RRQ’s victory wasn’t Crazyguy’s fragging but his calling and support abilities, which surpassed Estrella’s.
