Gekko and Raze are fine power level still they just didn't slot into Tejo comps. Raze is honestly probably still the most powerful duelist.
raze is still very strong, the map pool just doesn’t suit her at the moment, and they killed sky with no recharge flashes
gekko though just loses to so many other initiators
his flash is one of the worst, his molly is worse than tejo’s, wingman as a drone is just bad and the plant/defuse ability is useless if the opponent just sends tejo rockets to the plant spot, the ult is okay but maybe too easy to destroy/dodge
basically tejo just solos gekko and i’m sad because he’s a very cool agent
we didn't know what we had until it was gone

i mean who likes vyse yoru tejo meta, entrying is hella boring w/ yoru not exciting as raze or even jett, vyse is one of the most boring sentinel ever in the history of val, tejo is js way too broken for other initiators to shine
easiest fixes: bring back the 2023 meta when viewers enjoyed crazy ass individual performances with their respective agents or fucking nerf the current meta but riot aint doing it cuz they mad hungry for money w/ skins
Raze and Jett are the GOAT agents if we are talking entertainment. There's nothing more beatiful than a good Raze/Jett player
I never thought id be tired of seeing yoru. On attack its just flash and peak. On defense you just teleport between sites. I miss seeing raze+skye
In ranked he's fun but competitive Yoru is boring, its mostly a teamplay agent. Doesnt come close to a ulted jett updrafting and insta headshoting a guy or a ulted raze double satcheling into site and fucking exploding 2 people
i mean at least it takes skill, there are so many previously great duelist players that lowkey suck now because they can't play yoru.
To be fair its very fucking hard to be good at both types of duelist at the same time. Jett/Raze/Neon/Waylay/Reyna/Iso need more mechanical skill while Yoru/Phoenix are more like positioning, timing, teamplay, utility etc.
Yes I agree, I just think jett/raze dominated the game for so long that it's interesting to see other duelists get some play
bring back raze but i dont wanna see these one-trick jetts get employed again i actually liked it when they started to get exposed cause they're not actually duelist players they're just op crutches

vyse and tejo are boring
vyse wall must be the most annoying sentinel util to play against not counting peak cypher trips
raze satchel nerf should be reverted and boombot time buffed slightly imo
