There is no rule against female teams.
They can enter from vct challengers qualifers.
I know that there are no rules but they need an easy way into these big tourneys. We'll never get women in Masters through qualifiers because no contender teams would actually bother to sign them.
If a female player is good enough, orgs would surely sign them without discrimination
Well, tbh C9W meL could be on a t1 team (maybe not a masters-level team, but still t1) but she plays gamechangers instead. So in a way it’s holding her back a little
I wonder if they could do something where they allow gamechangers to play on a second, non GC team

no players cannot play for another team, it also applies to content creators who are signed by orgs.
bro there are no specific game changers team( it is just an only female competition and doesnt restrict teams from participating in other qualifiers), if they want to they can participate in open qualifiers. AND c9 white actively participates in every qualifier. As for mel, she is already participating in every qualifier but if you are asking if she can participate with another team, No she cant as riot doesnt allow players signed to an org ( even benched players and content creators) to play on another team.

That’s fair tbh. I don’t think we can know if she’s good enough for a low-tier1 team until it’s tried, but about the money you’re right I didn’t think of that.
potter used to play in eg and now she's a coach, i think it's gonna be dumb to not let female talent shine because of their gender. so i don't think that orgs won't do that in good faith.
