My sens: 200edpi, 800dpi 0.25 (i change it quite a lot)
So, always go with with something around 160-320 edpi.
If you want something out of this range then opt for something lower than 200, dont go higher than 320. For valorant you have to aim train HARD for many years to be consistenly decent on a higher sens.
I got to imm 2 with very low amount of ranked games compared to other people (because of aim and much better fundamentals coming from other games like cs).
I've been changing sens and trying to "study" the concept of aiming for quite a bit to always win duels in tac games like valorant. Even tho i'm not an expert, what i can tell you is that all best static-aim aimers in the world (basically people that only play kovaaks and aimlabs for their whole shitty lives) have around 200edpi and lower sens for a reason.
One of the things low sens is insane at is giving you the best target-switching consistency, which is what you want for valorant.
Higher sens gives you... better tracking on Apex Legends? High sens is just so bad on valorant when the thing you mostly need to do is tap 1 target on his tiny ass head and switch to the next one as consistently and cleanly as possible, like its all done in one single motion (look at Aleksandar).

On valorant you really need a good first bullet accuracy and you need to be very very precise which is something a lower sens always guarantees you with much less overall training.

tl;dr
160-320 edpi. Not more, Not less (200-240 sweet spot)

Higher sens: you gotta aim train hard for years to be at least decent at it.
Lower sens: training or not for years compared to high sens always guarantees you better precision, better first bullet accuracy in general.
If you have any issues with lower sens: get a bigger mousepad, a lighter mouse or opt to go to the gym if it's too tiring i guess lol (working out is always a good choice in life in general).
Or you can just go on a higher sens and good luck on getting at half of primmie's consistency after around 3 years of playing.
examples of actual good low sens aimers: xeus, Aleksandar, Oxy, v1c (there are more obviously)

Honestly, I've tried lower sens but it never worked. I got to immo3 with my sens so I'm pretty happy with it overall

I agree that in a tac fps very vast majority of the work in ranking up and improving is made by choosing the best fights, mid rounding and anything game sense related so its fair for even a guy with the most absurd sensitivity to get to radiant if they put it the work to it.
The stuff i just said is just pointing out the reason why majority of the best people tend to have a lower sens on valorant and why i would suggest a lower one due to how many more benefits it gives you in this game specifically, considering the style of aim you're supposed to be good at.

But after all that said, at the end the concept of "i cant find my sens" always has some bullshit to it in my opinion. Pick a sens you're comfortable with in regards of precision and mobility and call it a day. With a fair amount of training anyone will get a good enough aim to get to a decent rank (depends on what their goals are). Its just that higher sens is a really hard thing to master and even get used to at the beginning, especially on valorant (of course it still depends on how high it is).
And even factors like working out or not really do impact on what sens is best for you.
