I mean, most JP teams are quite handholding in terms of their contract; and it's right at the start of playoffs, where teams with the better players are still pushing especially for it, which means teams are reluctant to release them.
In terms of their own academy, I think almost all of them are either right at the cusp just barely being 18 or below 18, so they're not able to be promoted for ZETA's main team.
Also TenTen have played in the JP system with both FAV and NORTHEPTION, so for a quick substitute, it's logical.
The team needs a player to play tomorrow, and the E6 visa takes at least a month to obtain. You can sign a million Japanese but you can't get them to play next week's game right away. It's literally an emergency signing.
