He's saving money though... Beyn, Foxy9, and Dos9 was in the GE trials.. But they went for the cheaper option instead as those 3 have other offers and can demand alot of money
they wanted scary or persia but agreed like GE owner said they were going all out like if you logically think about it like if they went all out they would have easily signed players like a lot of tier 1 players with fiery tier 2 rookies . I think he lied to us fans abt that .
