I can be a nerd and say no because really it could have been 0/14 1/14 2/14 and then whatever combination of losses and wins resulting in 3/16 but I dont think Komekko meant that

op is only right because it actually happened. In reality its probably something like a 1/680 chance its was 3/14 at some point if we assume the only thing we know about the game is that there were 3 pistol wins and 16 losses.
