i mean i would say sova is in a pretty good spot rn imo. his recon is fair. 8 ult points is good for his ult. drone can't really be debuffed other than duration (and i would say that is pretty balanced). shocks could maybe do less damage but that's minor.

I think they could buff fade because she's direct competition but shortening the duration of the recon bolt again is something I'd consider. For a piece of util that versatile that you can put in any spot on the map the length of reveal is honestly too strong
simplest way to buff fade is just to buff chamber, fade had a drastic drop pick rate when chamber got the hard nerf treatment
they should at the very least give her a 2nd stun back, killing her by making her worse than pre buff is insane, like just revert the previous buff instead of nuking the character, its what made the duelist class competitive again, even if its braindead.
Neon deserves better than that but typical riot overreact
essentially yeah, overnerfed and then has to inevitably get a buff down the line to make her back to prebuff form that way shes not completely shit
The Radiant Neons are still good like Temet and frank. They balanced Neon so that you can’t brain dead run it down now
