- How do I get rid of dandruff in my hair?
- Do I put the cereal or milk first?
- What cuisine is really underrated?
(I'm Chinese, so I eat a lot of Asian food, also me and my family do enjoy Mexican food, and I love Italian food).
for number two, it depends. if you like dryer cereal or if you eat cereal slowly, then put milk first. in any other situation, cereal first.
cereal becomes soggy if u put cereal first. If you put milk first , u can put small amounts of cereal so u can enjoy the crunchiness
i'd highly recommend kofta kebab, falafel (with hummus), shawarma, kibbeh, and baklava (for dessert). arab food can often be kinda dry so make sure to use whatever condiments they give you. it just isn't the same without them (hummus, toum, etc.)
I seriously need help with number 1
heard shampooing too frequently was bad but if i go more than 2 it gets insanely itchy and cant sleep (also chinese)
i used to have some pretty bad dandruff, but what worked for me was just changing what shampoo and conditioner i used.
go to doctor and they can prescribe you with some antifungal shampoo, assuming it really is dandruff. There is a difference between dandruff and a dry scalp
Try Dove anti-dandruff shampoo, usually comes in a kit with shampoo and conditioner. 2 in 1 can ruin your hair but if you don't care I have come to know head and shoulders as the best overall working brand
itchy means your scalp is inflamed, go to a dermatologist and get a topical steroid to calm the inflammation.
honestly people hate on shitty american fast food too much, at least where I live its hella cheap and sometimes even better than restaurant food
For 3, I think Ethiopian food is not really mentioned here a lot often.
I want you to try Injera or Gored Gored at least once
(for context, I went to like an Ethiopian themed restaurant)
90% of the time that "dandruff" is just dried shampoo not washed out so just make sure youre really rinsing it out tilt your head back and also forward so you rinse both front and back properly and get into your scalp. dont use conditioner all the time, lower the amount you use really also changes alot
