FFS they are a young team with lack of experience obviously they will get owned by experienced teams like G2,NRG,etc.. (if they do make it)
I do not get whats this negativity and if they do good enough to get international reps and consistently be a contender throughout the year, that in itself is a job well done for an ascension team.
XLG even won a regional split, and that is def not flopping.
NS were middle of the pack (6-8th). They did decently well for a T2 team ascending but did not flop in any way..
flopping to me = not doing anything at Masters/Champs
yes, XLG beat Sentinels, but that was it, and Sentinels looked really bad
and it's not exactly negativity, people just have ultra high expectations for these teams and then hate on them like they were supposed to beat the top teams

They won their region in stage 1, got fucked in toronto because they had to play with midi who couldn’t communicate in english to the team because of YOU’s suspension and they won a match in champs. That is very successful for an ascension team but I would like to hear your definition of flopping.

XLG had communication issues in toronto because their former player YOU got suspended for match fixing, at champs they were able to win a game against SEN with their full roster this time. I just think it is unfair to call them a flop when you consider their issues heading into toronto
