it was objectively better before but the feeling of 1 taps just felt way more satisfying
now that 140 is less common I think we'll be seeing it like 70% of the time in pro play

Vandal/Phantom usage was 75/25 before this patch. Many people thought Phantom was harder to shoot with.

The only map vandal can do shit is fracture and breeze. Both out of rotation atm
