sayf i like alfa and primmie but sayf has been the best duelist of emea gby far while the others have never accomplished such thing before (btw i think pirmmie could do it if he tried but talon is weird af i dont understand their ways)

i like primmie but picking him over the other two would be strange since they have a lot of experience while primmie hasn't had nearly as much time in the spotlight

Also

Primmie can definitely play more than just jett
Raze/Neon is already 2 of the 3 you need in the current meta
When Alfa has played duelist he was very good
He's not known for his exceptional micro when he plays KJ/Cypher, he's known for tapping heads

sayf has repeatedly wanted to retire (don't even know if he'll be around in the long term)
alfa is a fantastic duelist but don't know about his jett, and I'd rather try to get him for another role
primmie is a fantastic duelist but he has little high tier experience, but he's young and you can train him up and I think he'll only get better
I'd go primmie for that reason. I think it's better to pick up really good upcoming talents even though sayf and alfa are both incredible. hard choice!
