Do y'all think teams will use this agent more in 2025? Imo its very underrated and pros been saying that teams will use double controller comp more often

Yes, especially on pearl or any post plant-meta maps(maps where attackers plant bomb, leave site and then just util dump and spam).
Also, might be a hot take but I don't think viper would be used much next year and people will slowly realise that double dome smokes or Harbor in place of viper is very good
Which variation of double controller comp though? With viper or with clove?
Clove as like a B anchor could be nice but I’d still prefer astra I think. Esp with 5 stars
IDK, Pearl, haven, split, ascent, abyss are all too big for the area clove can smoke from. I could see bind only because teams already use brim who has the same range for them.
On bind brim molly and the ability to have three smokes at once make brim more useful than others but I think you are missing that clove can smoke even after death so like maps with heavy post plant(pearl or abyss) she can be dead but still help the team with smokes
clove had so much success on lotus by edg bc clove is the only other agent other than omen who has refreshable smokes and can consistently one-way. now that astra is buffed and has an extra star, i see no place for clove but rather astra and omen
Look EDG did a great job at using clove because they had a power controller. I just don’t know how many teams are willing to sacrifice util over fire power.
