I really doubt it. We would see more S tier events and more franchised slots if they had infinite money
nah, theres no gamba in valorant so they have limited profits that depend on how good the skins are and how many new players start playing the game and buy skins (you dont want to buy skins for guns that you already have)
CS makes like 10x the amount of money that Valo does
