it's up to the teams actually.
some orgs will announce the players out of nowhere and some will announce their team before an off//season tournament they are participating.
and orgs like GE may announce their players one by one and others may announce the full lineup with a banger video
It’s definitely this year, season starts very early next year. And also we should know all of the rosters in not too long even if their not announced
If we take fnatic as an example they have red bull homeground end of november so would be strange if they still attended with more than one standin. maby check in on your favourite teams on what off season tournys they will be playing?
