there was no reason to throw the lcq tho and get a good run in the next most important tournament for valorant
letting your org getting run by players in this day and age for esports is insanely dumb

and nitro is like a big player and will want his say heard or he will just leave so org cant do anything sometimes
It is a 100% possibility that steel wanted out, and the org has to respect that . 100t cant hold him hostage playing. Remember he was trialing with c9 the literal day after he got "cut"

If your players don't want to play with another player, it's best to remove that player. Either the team is gonna keep getting worse since they don't wanna play together, or the org can remove that player or the rest of the team. They already had the best NA IGL in cs history on their team as well and sentinels were falling out of the meta. Removing steel wasn't a bad move whatsoever. Sure, replacing him with b0i was questionable but having the players actually want to play together is crucial to team success.

bro thats not the same thing, the throw came in when they kicked steel to implement nitros playstyle and him eventually taking over igl when he gets used to the game, now they lost that gambled away their last chance and their team blows, its like when shaq left the lakers they wouldve let kobe walk too and then end up with nothing
What if 100T just got fucked over by Nitro.
Think about this possible scenario.
100T hear that Nitro wants to go back to Cs cause he isn’t happy. He wants to IGL and play a more “star” focused role.
100T try to accommodate Nitro and it makes Steel upset cause he doesn’t want to change what isn’t broken. They kick Steel because of this and let Nitro “take over” the team.
They put Boi who is a good friend of Nitros into the starting lineup to make Nitro happy.
Nitro plays mediocre on Jet and fails to win LCQ as an IGL. Boi plays like the t2 player that he is.
Nitro is embarrassed and says “fuck it. I’ll just go back to CS.”
This is a very plausible theory.

They shouldn't have benched steel before lcq. Idk why they did that and 100t lost lcq due to boi. If they really wanted changes they could have done it after lcq.
Don't forget when nadeshot played COD while his CS:GO roster was playing their last ever match under the 100T banner AND it was a grand final. Seriously the worst ORG.
