who is making the decisions over there, went from semis at the biggest tournament in valo up to this date to kicking your igl before lcq to soon disbanding with nitr0 leaving aswell, i hope they have something up their sleeve to make up for this

it is a good thing
now they can start fresh next season andd work out the role problems and find a good balance
and nitro leaving is his own decision cant blame the org
there was no reason to throw the lcq tho and get a good run in the next most important tournament for valorant
letting your org getting run by players in this day and age for esports is insanely dumb
you will be surprised to know how many teams do that
and nitro is like a big player and will want his say heard or he will just leave so org cant do anything sometimes
It is a 100% possibility that steel wanted out, and the org has to respect that . 100t cant hold him hostage playing. Remember he was trialing with c9 the literal day after he got "cut"
you got baited bro lmaoo
steel never trialled for c9 , they already had a full 5 man roster
there were some meme posts by the c9 guys just to troll and you got jebaited lmao
You looked at the wrong thing bro, all the evidence is on steels stream
you think 5 man rosters never trial with other players? Really?
If your players don't want to play with another player, it's best to remove that player. Either the team is gonna keep getting worse since they don't wanna play together, or the org can remove that player or the rest of the team. They already had the best NA IGL in cs history on their team as well and sentinels were falling out of the meta. Removing steel wasn't a bad move whatsoever. Sure, replacing him with b0i was questionable but having the players actually want to play together is crucial to team success.
idk bro i come from cs and most of the top tier teams have a coach and or ceo who makes the calls instead of letting their org get driven in the mud like 100t
that has got to be the most braindead thing someone has said on this website
I don’t understand how their management is literally worse than random analysts on VLR. Even armchair silvers here knew that -steel +b0i was a downgrade. Did management not realize this? Was there some other plan? I don’t get it
nitr0 wanting to play jett has absolutely nothing to do with steel and also has nothing to do with him returning to CS
Because of the skillset that b0i added as a controller, and because asuna is such a trash fucking awper?
well boi has played sentinel before so why didnt nitro just play smokes?
because asuna is a trash awper and in the current meta you need a good awper, and nitr0 was an awper in CS
It's really not fucking hard to understand
thats why i say if they dont got anything up their sleeves they should just remove themselves from shooters and take up some lol team or something
these are some 1head takes. do you say that lebron going to the lakers is a bad decision for the cavs management? nah bruh what are they supposed to do. same thing for tenz to sen, is cloud9 management at fault for that? (ok maybe a little cuz his teammates were bad), but then they got into champions without tenz so you just gotta let things happen. 100t wouldn't be an org if they didnt have good management, some for any other org.
100% agree
ppl think players are controlled by orgs but forget players also have their say
bro thats not the same thing, the throw came in when they kicked steel to implement nitros playstyle and him eventually taking over igl when he gets used to the game, now they lost that gambled away their last chance and their team blows, its like when shaq left the lakers they wouldve let kobe walk too and then end up with nothing
What if 100T just got fucked over by Nitro.
Think about this possible scenario.
100T hear that Nitro wants to go back to Cs cause he isn’t happy. He wants to IGL and play a more “star” focused role.
100T try to accommodate Nitro and it makes Steel upset cause he doesn’t want to change what isn’t broken. They kick Steel because of this and let Nitro “take over” the team.
They put Boi who is a good friend of Nitros into the starting lineup to make Nitro happy.
Nitro plays mediocre on Jet and fails to win LCQ as an IGL. Boi plays like the t2 player that he is.
Nitro is embarrassed and says “fuck it. I’ll just go back to CS.”
This is a very plausible theory.
Although it's wrong to call b0i a tier 2 player bro come on. He's below tier 3.
And youre just dumb, thats why they keep rebuildilgnevery damn team they have because it brings them more hoodiesells
They shouldn't have benched steel before lcq. Idk why they did that and 100t lost lcq due to boi. If they really wanted changes they could have done it after lcq.
Don't forget when nadeshot played COD while his CS:GO roster was playing their last ever match under the 100T banner AND it was a grand final. Seriously the worst ORG.
