Where is this comparison coming from? I don't spam the #sencity thing and I rarely bait. Meanwhile you are parasocially addicted to this forum, making threads every 2 seconds after doing anything in ranked.

I'll get out of silver once I shrink my agent pool of 18 (I'm not kidding, I actually play that many agents, it's a problem and I need to stop)
just stick to 1 role, what role do you like the most? if its controller only play omen, clove, astra, harbor and viper. senti play kj, cypher, viper, deadlock, chamber(optional)

you flex alot, i feel like though you need to stick to 1 role so you can learn everything about it. itll also increase your gamesense and help you improve faster.

... what. You don't even need to do all that to get out of Silver. If you are stuck on anything below gold for too long then the problem has to be your aim. People just autopilot with aim and get in Gold.
i mean ur in silver rn so it doesnt rly matter but
viper on abyss is meh and so is deadlock unless u absolutely exploit the fuck out of the deadlock util
please do not play viper on ascent, trust me just play like omen or something its much better
both are valid for bind
astra for haven is an interesting pick i could see the vision but if ur not good at it just stick to omen, cypher is valid
harbor sure i guess although solo harbor without viper is a troll, im also not sure how silvers react and cooperate with harbor util
all 3 are valid for lotus
sunset out of these 3 ur best bet is prob cypher to rank up

Here's my thoughts:
- Viper's the only agent I can find cross-map value with, plus she has some really good stuff on this map. Also Deadlock is not only pretty good on Abyss but also no one knows how to counter it because it's uncommon. I do know how to play Cypher on this map but I haven't gotten the chance to yet
- I can play Omen but I saw nAts play Viper Ascent a few times and it sold me ngl. Might go back to Omen someday but for now I'm finding consistent value from Viper on this map
- There are only a few maps where I prefer Astra over Omen, and Haven is one of them. Her smokes feel easier to get out quicker (think A exec smokes, for example), plus her ults are great for both attack and defense
- I actually used to one-trick Harbor... I have almost 200 hours on him. I prefer him on Icebox just because I'm so much more comfortable on him (plus he's meta for a reason; he's great on Icebox)
harbor is an interesting agent to one trick but i definitely see the possibilities with the util
personally i can never play harbor ive played him once i think and it wasnt it for me
astra on haven isnt all that bad at all, its just that omen is a more straightforward ranked agent and requires less thinking to play
astra on haven reminds me of the 2021-2022 days, good old astra post plant suck meta
honestly im really interested how u would make solo viper on ascent work, how would u put ur smokes on defense especially on attack? assuming its solo viper on ascent especially with all the viper nerfs now
if u throw ur wall and orb and if u decide to rotate u guys would have no smokes left
and on defense how do u cover both sites

i mostly third entry/secondary trade as a senti, on chamber i hard entry. on defense side tho big locks innit i had like 15 kills on abyss defense side
you are clearly doing something wrong when you have 1.40 kd but relatively low winrate for your kd(sheydos has similar kd with 68 wr for example), maybe you bait too much
Yes but my soloq wr on the same agents as u is above 65 despite having a measly 1.21 kd, your kills are probably not as impactful.
Check specifically soloq because my duo/trio partners are not as good and we mostly play for fun so they kinda tank my overall winrate.
BRO LOL I HAVE 60% WIN RATE ON CYPHER, 61% WIN RATE ON SENTINELS(my main agents)??? wtf anyway stop tryna be weird immo lobbies and plat lobbies are way differen't. atleast you have competent and teammates who know how to play the game.
With 1.40+ kd on Cypher you should have close to 70 wr if you are playing your role and not just playing exits, no matter what elo. Also low immo is pisslow filled with retards and the only diff from plat is aim
go look at my rounds from any of my high killing games and lmk if im playing exits, ill happily delete my vlr account if you do so. no saving rounds included if im saving in a 1v5 or 1v4
You might have unlucky streaks with teammates I agree, plus there are more smurfs in ur elo than in mine who can overtake the game no matter how well you play individually (you can get smurfed on by like 100k people when I get smurfed on by at most 1500), however 1.40 kd and your adr on a low frag output role should result in 70% wr easily, either start playing more aggro on lurks since you win gun duels and can afford to even peek 1v2 or use teammates as drones to get trades bc your wr is a bit low for ur stats, 1.40 in p2 means that you should be a 1.05-1.10 player in d2-d3
im usually getting 1.40kd in dia mmr but sometimes my low iq brainless teammates don't know how to win a game. its jus a result of not playing enough which i know, if i played alot and put more time(i would if i didnt have work + school) id prob be around asc
atleast theyre better than locking clove and having green util at the end of every single round
It won't get better until top 3-4k avg lobbies, immo 1-2 accounts are way too cheap so this elo has probably the highest concentration of people who bought their accounts, immo3 and especially radiant cost enough to not be easily affordable by saving lunch money.
i dont get why people buy accounts? its the same with like aimbot and cheating, the point of the game is to be cracked and if your not cracked its like putting on makeup. its just not fun knowing you aren't shit yk, i guess i dont have same mindset as other people but it wouldn't be fun for me to jus straight up buy an account
