No shit HLTV clears vlr. It's been around for 20 years, belongs to a grassroots scene that is basically running full-speed 3/4 of the year, and staff (who actually make money) to write articles and do stat/Qualitative analysis.

He may not have the best stats, but the amount of intangibles in mid-rounding and strategy and crazy clutches he brings to the team is astounding. I remember his 2 clutches vs Loud that helped Sen regain momentum in Kick-Off and Madrid in a 1v3 and 1v4 respectively.
