Teams should have like a Home LAN where half of their matches can be played. This can help them financially.
Is riot disallowing them ? Because for sure someone could have had an idea like this. It could also help them grow regionally

dont they do this in league, emea and americas wouldnt be able to do this lmao
It's not impossible either. Each team should be give a specific region to build their LAN and it should not be far from the other team's LANs
Riot gives these teams lots of money over the course of their time in franchising to afford things for their team. From player support to boot camps. This would also cost everyone more money for travel.
All in all, not worth it. Especially when there's tons of people willing to travel when a tournament is held.
small indie company don't have that kind of money and most of the orgs are poor
You just killed the tier 2 scene.
"Congratulations! You won Ascension! You have three months to find a venue to buy out for an entire season. Shouldn't be too hard, shouldn't cost too much. Have fun!"
If that's the prize for investing in tier 2 VALORANT and winning Ascension then you're going to have less than zero interest from esports orgs.
