5 maps in csgo is pointless honestly. By map4 people get exhausted already and the level drops drastically
5 maps is wayyyy to long it took 9 hours for heroic vs gambit earlier this year it wouldnt make sense for a major where ppl are watching to wait 9 hours to crown a champion
Yeah, I think for the mr15 system and the length of CS matches (and their OTs), I think bo5's just a bit too long for maximum performance at the highest level of competition

Plus, the qualifying stages are quite comprehensive in a tournament like the majors. So really, final matchups should be quite sparing
