did the desk do any calculations beforehand on if theres a way they get knocked down to second seed?

They were already qualified before the match it was a matter of Play in or straight to Ascension.
Winner of the finals makes ascension regardless of points and then from the rest whoever has more points goes to Play in
KPI is the Play in team. Now the finals decides who goes straight to Ascension and who goes home
I dunno it feels kind of weird that kpi lost to barca but if barca loses to ucam then they go home
true, but everything in life is meaningless and random, so I try and find the understanding in what is given to me, and try not to spiral too hard when life waffle stomps my brain through the gutter

but also rough for kpi, chances of winning ascension dropped HARD now
Yeah having to go through Play in sucks but honestly if they’re trying to win it all it shouldn’t be a problem I believe they can do it. It can give them some momentum
Putting in Kiles was the worst decision ever. Sayonara was the perfect replacement for purpo, and then they messed things up.
the last time i checked in on them, they had lost several games with kiles against teams they beat before.
Yes they struggled at the start with Kiles but they picked up the pace mid split and from there Kiles has been by far KPI’s second best player and a significant firepower upgrade
still I suppose it is harsh to say drop kiles now, I just wish they took a different route.
I understand that position but they’re a Spanish org competing in Spain. They had the chance of adding a Spanish player that was arguably an upgrade. I think it was a very hard opportunity to pass up on
KPI aren't out, they have 105 points and if they get 3rd +80 so 185
UCAM if they win would be @ 185 as well
no clue what would happen then, I think UCAM moves on
but if Barca wins, it's KPI 1st seed still
