Idk what his PR team was doing having the interpreter give a 90 minute tell all to ESPN only to have them say the next day the interview was all lies. Just makes it look more suspicious for Ohtani

Originally ohtanis people had come out and said that ohtani paid off his translators debt, but a day later they changed the story to his translator stealing his money. Which is why everyone says it’s suspicious that they are changing the story
