idk about top 3. at his peak he is definitely top 3, but he is very inconsistent. his raze is best in NA tho.
okay 2nd best. but his movement with satchels is definitely the best in NA or even Americas

I completely forgot about mada.
His time in SR in 2023 warped my perception on him, cause he was on a flex role the whole year and he didn't perform as well.
I watched almost no valorant in the off//season so I can't really comment on how good he is back on duelist now but I remember his raze was always pretty solid.
just wait buddy. if penny qualifies to challengers, i promise you he will destroy any "competition" he has. penny would've been the best Jett in challengers last year had he been allowed to play jett.
he was going toe to toe with early 2022 yay on chamber as well. he's just a demon that became criminally underrated due to how ratzam utilized him
