It’s time to buff the Phantom

Probably 90% of players prefer the Vandal so I think it’s time to buff the Phantom

I propose they get rid of the 124 headshot damage fall off, and make it always 140 damage for distances greater than 15 meters.

Players would still probably choose the Vandal
