Based on what are you making this assumption?
I have tuned into a lot of Japanese players streams e.g Laz always super kind and welcoming also a good amount of pros have been very open about how they are always the nicest players to talk to especially those of ZETA DIVISION + You don't see them talk shit much, and have never been involved with dumb drama. This includes other teams like DFM, and CR as well not just ZETA DIVISION. this wasn't based off an assumption lol just what I have seen and acknowledged.
I disagree with Boaster being the nicest, he is a nice and funny guy but I can see him tilting a lil on stream sometimes even though he keeps his calm. Jingg and Nats are the nicest I feel.
Ofc my Cypher Goat is the nicest guy in the whole community alongside, Jingg, f0rsaken, boaster and redgar. Maybe aspas too
