Demon1 does play smokes to fill in too and I have never seen aspas playing anything but duelist
his stats as a controller are better than as a duelist, and yet the aspas has better stats in almost everything, this logic makes no sense
ASPAS > DEMON1
the only stats that aspas beats demon1 in are specifically for duelist and demon1 half of the time plays smokes

champs was a month and a half ago
demon1 is the current world champ bruh
demon1 was better at champs and tokyo
aspas only had higher stats regionally nt
loud didn't win 1 map in tokyo and yet aspas has better statistics throughout the year
better stats on duelist, demon1 had a higher overall rating playing duelists and flexing onto other agents besides jett
putting up overall higher stats on a wider variety of agents
it was only better with jett's knives and in hs, otherwise as a player, the aspas was more impactful (source: 2023 statistics)
