The only team I could see utilizing it at any point during playoffs is Paper Rex. But even they would probably not use it unless they’ve made it to the finals.
Just because PRX has played meme comps before in lower stakes tournaments doesn't mean theyll fucking throw by using objectively the worst agent in Jingg's last tournament on the team.

This wasn't a take more so speculation asserting that IF any team were to use the agent it would be then. I'm also not sure at to where the idea of Paper Rex using meme comps in only "lower stakes tournaments" is coming from because you seem to be forgetting their Breeze comp against FPX in the last map where the score was 2:2 and the winner would be the Masters Copenhagen champion. But ignoring that I agree that the chances are still little to none of them playing the agent.
Papex is not changing comps anytime soon they are using what they used in regular season with something theirs comp are locked in for all maps.
I can see PRX picking it in map 5 of GF, the util gets a little value, but mainly aim diff, only for them to lose.

The only usage i can image is planting sensual activities under the B Window at Bind.
i think no one will in playoffs i could see a troll pick in groups but not now
NAVI are gone, so the only team left that might is PRX and i doubt they will since she doesnt really fit their style
it's 100% gonna happen in league matches
either lower ranked teams running it to try find an advantage or higher ranked teams running it to save strats
