my personal favorite is golden time. its a webtoon with rich medieval romance story and has a sequel

its fast paced, with good character development and engaging plot

I mean, some people find all animanga romance cringe, it just depends on who you ask. I think romance Manhwa has its own type of audience. Some people also just like the artstyle more.
