With Bob over alexis i would say they would be the best female team ever on paper. But still i dont know how much would g2 lose with this new player.

That's what happens when you have the best female igl and actual experience competing against t2 teams. They're just miles ahead of any other gc team at the moment and it shows.
right, everyone always talks about the star players but meL has been there from the beginning (along w lexi) and is 100% the reason they are as good as they are
A lot GC teams have the crazy cracked mechanics but simply lack the ability to understand the game more than just trying to play ranked slightly more team based (map control, timing, rotations, set plays for certain rounds, gameplans for each map, general team coordination like holding angles + trading, and discipline) A good chunk of that comes down to investment of resources to allowing teams to have good coaches/players who know how to win and lead a team. (The horror stories I have read from GC twitter are absurd)
V1 is good because they not only have 5 very good players mechanically (which isnt exactly lacking in GC) but their experience and understanding of what it takes to win and improve at the game at a fundamental level. The coaching with effys has been so good for them and all the players talk about how valuable it has been for the growth of them individually and as a team.
g2 can stop playing the game from today until the day gc starts, and still body NA and any team that comes from that shit region
