I see Boostio get a good amount of hate for his antics and little trash talk. But I think Boostio just gets into his opponents heads and makes them tilted. Also while bringing up the energy and confidence of his own team (you see your IGL being a crazy man and it work so you probably feel like nothing can go wrong)

He IGL's, shoots well, brings the vibes to the max, and destroys the opponent's mental.

And last year he was by far the best player on SEN and one of the best players in league as a whole. #12 in Rating, #1 in ACS, #8 in KD, #1 ADR, #3 in KPR, while on an unstable team and playing flex for half the season then duelist for the other half.

he is no longer on Fnatic. just was last year when it was required.

GenG looked so nervous. Later in the second half of Icebox it seemed like they themselves looked defeated and had given up hope. Texture with his head in hands and hands clenched together, just something you don't see from such a cheerful guy, but he wears his heart on his sleeve in both good and bad.

During the first maps they were good and all in the groove, but Zekken dropping 20 on defense on Split (cause I think SEN drop the map if he isn't winning so many of those fights) just kind of both heavily wore on the stamina and mental of GenG and empowered SEN going into Icebox, and then SEN started to get momentum (vibe merchant Zellsis woke up) and it was just over.

there is a site with all types of different themes (I don't know if they take the custom settings as well) but I would recommend looking at that and seeing what you like and going from there.

But it is just has so much customization to the point where it can be overwhelming.

There is so much customization on it. Legit took me like hours to get it to a point that I was happy with, but once I got everything set up it was so nice.

yes, this is very relevant since many people in the scene have brought up that there is no real incentive to leave GC to go to T2.

Why would someone who is actually getting a stable salary, take a massive risk to go compete for no money, with the risk of being changed out after a few bad performances or having your team just collapse, while having a ton of people just praying on your downfall?

It makes no sense and that is an issue that has been brought up frequently about Riot's idea of the GC to T2 to T1 pipeline.
