Surely some big org with bag is going to buy them or at least give them an offer and wasnt a good financial situation of org a criteria for franch

Not 100% to what point it's a rule, I would think it is, Riot has to prove you before joining the league and I don't think they would approve a move like that. Other than that tho, no reason to sell the team on that spot
