So u mean , take the viewership and slots away from other regions so the esports division only remains in only two regions

The game is only an year old , it needs viewership to compete with CS and get sponsors , JP FANBASE is needed man
bruh Valorant is trying to reach out to more player base from a lot of regions. That's why they put 2 slots for japan so that people would be more interested in the game. Also, it is only the second year for them so they are trying to find out which region really deserves more slots. give them time then it will be more balanced like any other esports.

NA pros shifted to valorant at the right time as their scene is dead.
EU pros don't feel half that pressure and most of them haven't made the switch.

What will that do? If were talking 'performance = slots' then might as well give NA 80% of the slots. Taking away one slot from a region because one of their team got sweeped is a dumb idea
JP is unproven themselves tho. I mean I want to see more slots to other regions as well but I don't rlly agree with taking some from a region
You know whats the funny thing, other smaller regions jumping on the take, Japan slots away, train. And you know why cause once that happens, if that happens, look at the mirror and you will see who is next, VLR will come for you next cause you will get domianted from NA/ EMEA. On the serious note if you support to take both slots you are a clown. Taking one spot away and giving them only one might be a solution but still require an extensive discussion and just hate in an underdevolped region without tradition in FPS games.
