people dont go pro for money. they play because they enjoy competing and want to win

if you genuinely believe that making money is the reason why people try to go pro, you are so incredibly wrong. You would have so much better financial stability working a regular job or streaming as a top radiant player than practicing everyday and competing. Esports is an industry where you can lose your job the next day. Pro players dont do it just for the money

yes it's a stupid idea to go pro for the money, but once you are already pro why not take the money when it comes your way? surely getting paid a t1 salary while not having to hurt your reputation during matches doesn't feel too bad.
