America - mainstream English speaking region = high viewers.
Asia - since CS is pre much dead in this region due to western heavy teams -> valorant became super successful in this part of the world, improving and getting better viewers in due time.
EU - Asia have the population to divide into multi region, u don’t. Just divide into 4 region. North/East/South/West Europe and MENA.
