I wouldnt say nrg is a super team the way fnatic is a super team. Optic has world class level players all around but fnatic has the 2 best players of previous world class teams. A top rookie of last year and a consistently decorated duelist.

Boaster lead Fnatic to finals in 2021 with an underdog squad, then overachieved in Champs 2021 when people thought C9 would beat them and they still made top 4. Won EMEA in 2022 then Derke got COVID and that was the end of Iceland. Copenhagen lost to FPX who eventually won and then Champions 2022 with an average team once again relying on Derke and Alfa. 2023 he finally has a squad and they win Lock In. GOAT IGL that overachieved with bad teams before finally winning with a Superteam.
