Yeah but no T1 org cares more about winning than PR.
Signing an alleged sexual abuser is terrible for PR and no T1 org is going to pick comp over PR / reputation. Maybe a smaller org would but T1 orgs are all about brand and brand value is rarely represented by how much a team wins nowadays.

I mean TSM is a large NA org of course there are delusional fans, most comp fans only know Sinatraa as an NA unsigned Sova so it makes sense for some peoples favorite team to want him to join.
