No this effects everyone. The supposed highest level of Valorant has assistant coaches playing cuz if stupid rules rito created. There is no reason to close player trasfers.

Nobody is asking a tier 1 player to be a sub, If someone like Jakee and Runi from tier 3 scene can perform at tier 1 level with proper coaching, I am sure there is an abundance of good players who would not mind being on the bench for exposure and a rare opportunity.
You still get paid instead of staying unemployed in the tier 3 scene and you can always stream with the little clout you get from signing to a franchised org and work on developing your brand and connections so that other teams pick you up whenever your contract is done.

They have sponsors, twitch contracts etc. to pay the roster and make money out of them, and if they r such a big org then y can't they pay for a sub? Who asked for a t1 player to be a sub, just put a t2 t3 player on sub role and save your ass
You should ask KC or any team with no 6th man why they didn't sign a proper 6th man when Riot gave them so much money. Riot is ass most of the time but this ain't their fault lil bro. Teams, especially KC just want to minimize their spending by not signing a 6th man and it backfired

Yeah definitely rito needs to take some blame however this is the first year they are doing this so I think all changes to the system will be fixed next time, but yeah it ruins the integrity of the competition this year
