is the benelux countries apart of the france VCL or nah? I just realize that the dutch don't have their own separate VCLs

BENELUX have the Trinity Trials, which is a VRC which for some godforsaken reason does not give Benelux teams the opportunity last year to play in VCL France relegations. I hope they get the chance now because it was just fucked that they played for nothing in the end.
