being good at jett/raze takes skill, chamber doesnt.

When they nerfed Jett's dash making it so you need to activate it, it was the perfect nerf without taking the agent's strength.

It's impossible to do the same with Chamber, his TP is just too complicated. It's better to either delete or remake the entire skill/kit.
